Job Title：Nurse of nursing room

 Summary:

    This position is one of the important members of the EHS team in
    Shajing Site. Working with the Shajing EHS team, the Nurse (Assistant
    Officer) is responsible for quickly handling first aid and urgent
    illness cases in order to reduce escalation of injury/illness in the
    workplace.  The Nurse will also help to improve the Occupational Health
    program and illness prevention programs in JE.

 Responsibilities:

   1. Track and update occupational health regulations to ensure the
      Company is in compliance with the relevant Occupational health laws
      at all time.

   2. Arrange workers with exposure to occupational health hazards for
      pre-employment, on-job and post-employment occupational health
      examination.  Establish employee occupational health profiles and
      maintain related documentation according to the requirements of
      occupational disease prevention regulations.

   3. Provide clinical and health consulting service for workers such as
      first aid handling, explanation for the results of medical checks,
      educating workers to prevent against occupational disease etc.

   4. Manage and maintain the first aid kits and medical response equipment
      in Shenzhen site to ensure the continuous availability of these
      tools.

   5. Keep liaised with local hospital and health supervision bureau to
      maintain good relationship with them.

   6. Assist HR to handle work-related injuries and insurance issues.

Requirements:

   1. Medical or nurse educational background (Nursing degree is preferred)
   2. Good communication, interpersonal and medical explanation skills.
      Good English is preferred.
   3. Certified First Aider or site physician experiences are preferred.

        该岗位属于德昌电机沙井工厂护理室(隶属于EHS部门)。负责跟进处理工伤事故的
急救处理， 和协助社康中心处理突发急病等，避免病情的恶化。与EHS团队一起致力
于预防职业病的发生和促进员工的身体健康。协助护理室主管处理日常工作：病假审
批；基本的急救知识宣传等。

主要职责：
1. 跟进了解职业健康相关法律法规，确保公司在职业健康方面的法规合规性。
2. 协调职业健康体检，根据职业病防治法逐步建立职业健康档案。
3. 员工提供健康和临床咨询，急救知识宣传等， 与医院/社康中心保持联系并能对
    相关体检结果作基本的医学解释。 在日常工作中教育员工基本的个人卫生知
    识，预防职业病的发生。
4. 工厂急救箱/急救设备的管理，确保这些设备有效性。
5. 协助支持人事部跟进相关工伤保险等。
6. 建立与保持当地医院和卫生局等良好关系。

资历要求:
1. 医学或护理学专业
2. 良好的沟通能力，人际关系和医学解释能力技巧，英语良好者优先。
3. 急救人员证书或工厂医生经验者优先
