Role

Summary

Project Manager integrates the total engineering effort over the total project life from inception to commercial operation, and leads and manages the project processes. Project Manager develops the engineering budget and is responsible for the capital investment & cost control as well as the project engineering schedule.

Primary Role Responsibilities

As Project lead of particularly complex projects with strategic impact, independently and self-dependently accomplish projects such as new investments, reconstruction, expansion and optimization existing plant/constructions

Set up and manage contracts in Chinese and English

3.

Monitoring of planning, calculation, creation of specification. Monitoring the handling of the approval and order process. Monitoring the production of instruments and machinery (quality, on-time delivery). Monitoring the installation.

Be responsible for project controlling, scheduling, quality management.

Champion Lonza core values and role models safe, environmentally protective, ethical, and teamwork-oriented behaviors for project team.

Manage the building site. Launch the plant till it is free of faults and passes the acceptance test including delivery

Safeguard results on schedule, cost and quality. Provide support to start-up.

Manage interface between process disposer, customers, suppliers, subcontractors, QS, SHE

9.

Lead interdisciplinary project teams. Keep and implement lawful standards and regulations as well as internal regulations
